Perhaps one of the more commonly asked questions we are often asked include; what are the uses of the two different types of Safertiser?

Safertiser Surface Spray

The Safertiser Surface Spray is suitable to use on all surfaces and have demonstrated advantages over standard disinfectants. Standard disinfectants are only effective whilst wet and once rubbed off or dried up they are no longer capable of killing germs whilst Safertiser will protect surfaces for up to 30 days whilst not leaving any sticky residue behind. This is especially important as surfaces are shown to revert to the same levels within 2 to 2.5 hours of disinfecting.

Safertiser provides a 500ml spray bottle, usable across all industries. Due to its non-combustible nature, it is ideal for use in the building, welding and manufacturing industries. Other suggested uses include food preparation, schools, retails, tools and machinery cleaning, household surfaces, processing, engineering, welding, building, etc.

What makes Safertiser so special from other Sanitizers?

Long-Lasting Effective Protection

Provides up to 24 hours of hand protection, even after you wash your hands. Don’t think of Safertiser like your usual soap and water or an alcohol-based sanitizer. Alcohol-based sanitisers only kill germs during the alcohol drying process and once fully dried has no effect on germ or bacteria whatsoever. Safertiser on the other hand, acts as a continuous protective barrier against germs and bacteria that lasts up to 24 hours.

Skin Protection

Safertiser is alcohol-free meaning it doesn't contain the same corrosive attributes as traditional alcohol-based sanitisers. In addition, alcohol-based sanitizers are harsh on skin and can exacerbate small cuts. In high percentages (like the sanitisers found on the market 60-70%+ alcohol content) alcohol can destroy the skin’s sebum layer, drawing water and essential oils in the skin making the skin look aged and dry. Safertiser overcomes this issue with its moisturizing properties, but also, being water-based, has no scent and is better for the long term health of your skin.

Health and Safety

Can be used safely on children, people with eczema, on vehicles, on pets. Safertiser is non-toxic, non-corrosive, no unpleasant odour or taste. It can also be used as a daily cleaner and as a disinfectant spray in households and has been proven to eliminate mould spores, as well as combating dampness.

Backed by Science

The Safertiser formula was made by reputable NZ scientists that fights against viruses and common bacteria up to 99.999%. Including: E.coli, Staph, Salmonella, H1N1, MRSA, Covid-19 Surrogate Feline Coronavirus

Recognized by Leading Health Organisations
