How does Safertiser work?

When applied to a surface by spraying, wiping or 'misting'; Safertiser forms a nano-layer. These antimicrobial, silane-based molecules form a barrier of positively charged nano-needles.

The positively charged nano-needles attract and on contact burst pathogen cell walls. This effectively kills the pathogen by breaking it up mechanically, without the need for toxic chemicals or alcohols.

The layers of anti-microbial nano-needles has been shown to last up to 30 days on surfaces. Even after cleaning, it has been shown that these nanoneedles can continue to protect against antimicrobial activity.
